    Professor Drew Allen is an incredible professor. This gym is super clean, neat, the instructors are world class and the teammates are very humbling and helpful. Everyone here is top tier and willing to help. You won’t leave Injured. You will leave excited and ready to come back. They also have yoga classes here which helps with your mobility.     Really blessed this gym opened up in the area. Top notch instruction, great/clean facility, multiple daily training sessions, and close proximity make this an amazing place to train at consistently! Cannot wait to get my girls in their kids program.

He’s not only a great, well-rounded martial artist, he also genuinely cares about his community and his students, both tough as nails fighters and brand new practitioners.     Great studio! Instructors are very knowledgeable and straightforward in teaching. I've been attending the muay thai class and really enjoy the striking components of the martial art. My younger daughter attends the kid's jiu jitsu classes and loves it!
