Star Mixed Martial Arts offers an amazing boxing program! Coach Ron Van Browning is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. The classes are well-structured, motivating, and great for all levels. I’ve improved so much in a short time and always look forward to training. Highly recommend to anyone serious about boxing or just getting started!

Been training BJJ here for the last three months. I’ve always wanted to train BJJ for most of my adult life and finally got the courage to walk through the doors. You get great instruction from both coach Daniel and Coach Yousef. Several members go consistently and are tough partners to train with (only makes you better). The gym has a balanced mix of both No Gi and Gi so that you have variety in your training and the skills acquired. If you’re looking for a great BJJ gym, Star is it. Come over and train. We’ll see you on the mats.

Came here to do some training while visiting. I did the Jiu Jitsu class. The instructor was grwat and the other student werw friendly and inviteing. I did not do the Muay Thai class, but the instructor and students that did were also friendly.

I've been training here about 7 months. Coach Yousef is a great coach and has an amazing wealth of knowledge of different grappling arts like wrestling, sambo, and BJJ. I mainly train mornings doing no gi with Ephraim, who is a great instructor, as well. There are lots of people training here with a ton of experience who are great training partners and willing to help share their knowledge.

You get the most badass wrestling coaches from Iran who trained and competed for the national team. Same with their bjj classes
