    Professor Drew Allen is an incredible professor. This gym is super clean, neat, the instructors are world class and the teammates are very humbling and helpful. Everyone here is top tier and willing to help. You won’t leave Injured. You will leave excited and ready to come back. They also have yoga classes here which helps with your mobility.     Great studio! Instructors are very knowledgeable and straightforward in teaching. I've been attending the muay thai class and really enjoy the striking components of the martial art. My younger daughter attends the kid's jiu jitsu classes and loves it!
