My daughter's experience was fascinating. She went in for a tryout. Emily was very professional and very patient during the Jiu jitsu class. Also its a friendly atmosphere. Thank you Droogs MMA for such an awesome visit at the gym.

My son just started taking MMA and sparring classes here and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, especially the owners Dan and Emily. Emily made getting information and signing up such an easy and awesome experience. The facility is well put together, clean, and really impressive. You can tell they truly care about creating a great environment for both kids and adults. Highly recommend! 💪👏

I highly recommend this gym because all the coaches are incredibly patient. My son has a lot of energy, but they manage to keep him focused throughout each lesson. He looks forward to attending every week. He has been taking classes for over six months now, and I can see his confidence growing with each lesson.

Signed both kids up for BJJ (5 and 7 yo) they seem very excited, confident and motivated after the first few classes! Can't wait to see them progress as they get more comfortable. Dakota and Emily are great with the kids, keeping them engaged (not easy to do with the young ones). I just signed up myself for Muay Thai- both instructors Rich and Dan are high level and I am stoked to learn some Thai techniques! Stop in and check them out! Everyone I met has been welcoming .

Cat & AJ do such a fantastic job at explaining things in a way that is easy for beginners to understand. The overall gym culture they have cultivated is so welcoming and supportive. This place should honestly be studied as an example of how to build team spirit and a positive learning environment. On that note, this gym does a great job at supporting female Jiu jitsu athletes. I look forward to women’s class every month :-)
