Raising the MMA game in the UK. I have been a few times and the atmosphere is welcoming as it should be. They have a gym in Nottingham which is amazing too. See you guys soon, just injured atm...

Excellent teaching, spotless mats. The best MMA gym in Manchester. I have gained useful skills whilst trying to get in shape. The coaches treat everyone like family and challenge you in a safe manner.

Solid MMA is an excellent gym with a welcoming atmosphere and highly experienced coaches. The training is professional, the facilities are clean, and everyone is supportive, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fighter. I’ve had a great experience here and would highly recommend Solid MMA to anyone looking to improve their skills and fitness. (2-3 years send solid mma and forget 😉🥶☠️)

A fantastic place to build confidence, discipline, and new skills. My son absolutely loves every session and always looks forward to coming. A special thank you to Farrukh for the personal attention, encouragement, and genuine care he gives to every child. His coaching style really makes a difference, and we've seen such positive growth in our son. Highly recommended!

Top gym with very skilled coaches and a welcoming atmosphere. The training is intense but well-structured, suitable for all levels. Highly recommended for anyone serious about combat sports or fitness.
