    An absolute must for anyone interested in taking up kickboxing or self-defence but unsure of where to start. Especially any women looking to arm themselves with defence tactics that can be used in dangerous situations. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming in classes and if you’re not already learning and improving from Mukta, Karl, or the team’s guidance, the people you meet will be just as helpful in improving your martial arts abilities. Definitely recommend the women’s class on Tuesdays or the family class on Saturdays as a starting point! For any ladies trying to get back into full body exercise and keep fit while learning a new skill, the ladies only class on Tuesdays is your best bet. Everyone is friendly no matter their experience level and if you can’t come every week, you can always have a chat with Mukta about scheduling. I’ve been coming for 3 years with some breaks in between and have never felt behind or unwelcome. That’s a testament to the service and the usefulness of what you learn Thank you so much for giving me a passion and comfort in kickboxing guys! ❤️ - Lulu

    My sons have absolutely loved training here. Karl and his staff are incredibly professional, patient, highly motivating, and genuinely invested in the children’s progress. Since joining, I’ve seen such a positive improvement not only in their krav maga skills, but also in their fitness and self-confidence. The sessions are usually energetic, and enjoyable my boys genuinely look forward to every class. Thank you for the dedication, encouragement, and passion you bring to coaching. I highly recommend K.M.M.A for any parent looking for an excellent krav maga/kickboxing coach for their children.
