Did 1-1 Muay Thai with Josh and he was very knowledgable and patient. Taught me the basics and ensured I was comfortable with them before progressing on. Very supportive and encouraging. Would highly recommend for newbies to martial arts!!

An outstanding martial arts school and one of the best gyms in the area. Suitable for all experience levels, with highly knowledgeable coaches (Josh and Luke) who genuinely care about members’ development and consistently provide constructive feedback and guidance. Classes are well structured and follow a clear programme, allowing students to build their skills progressively week by week. An excellent environment for beginners looking to start Muay Thai or kickboxing, as well as experienced practitioners seeking to deepen their technical understanding and overall skill set.

Phenomenal Muay Thai gym! I had a really good session with Joshua. He helped Me understand why form is super important and how I can improve it. If you’re reading this with intentions of looking for a gym to train martial arts, this is 110% by far the best one I have found. Having an understanding of the fundamentals was made fun, easy, and comprehensible.
