  I highly recommend Swansea Ninjutsu Academy. It’s a fantastic place to learn martial arts in a friendly, welcoming and respectful environment. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient and take the time to help everyone develop at their own pace. The training is varied and interesting, combining practical self-defence, traditional martial arts techniques and physical fitness. What really stands out is the positive atmosphere within the club — everyone supports and encourages each other, regardless of experience or ability. It’s not just about learning martial arts; it’s also a great way to build confidence, discipline, fitness and self-belief. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have martial arts experience, I’d definitely recommend giving Swansea Ninjutsu Academy a try

  Trained for 18 months here and thought the instructors were excellent. A number of people at the club have real world security experience and teach applications on top of the traditional system.

  A truly welcoming place that builds confidence and real-life skills I’ve trained on and off at the Ninjutsu Academy for the last 12 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the atmosphere here. Even when I’ve had to step back due to injury or work commitments , I’ve always been welcomed back with open arms never made to feel out of place or unwelcome, no matter how long I’ve been away. It’s more than just learning techniques. The academy builds confidence, real world awareness, and skills that you genuinely carry into everyday life. The environment is supportive, respectful, and encouraging you learn, you grow, and you leave feeling stronger and more capable. If you’re looking for genuine instruction in a friendly, respectful environment where you’re valued as a person, not just a student this is the place. Highly recommended.

  My time spent at Ninjitsu Academy Swansea over the years has been truly amazing. My "sensei" is very easy going, continuously supportive and pushes you to progress at your own pace with ease. A club truly void of ego and filled with spirit, authenticity and fun. I would highly recommend this dojo and group to any person seeking affective self defense but also as a means of growing confidence and friendships.
