Wonderful self defence workshop! I was feeling very nervous about joining a self defence seminar, but everyone in the academy was very welcoming. And Alessandro was such a great professor and a wonderful person.
Professor Alessandro is an exceptional coach. His technical knowledge, attention to detail and ability to explain even the smallest movements are second to none. My daughter has benefited enormously from training here, both technically and in her confidence.
Having personally been involved in mixed martial arts for over two decades, I have trained in and visited many gyms, but I have not seen a BJJ academy of this standard in the UK. The coaching is structured, intelligent and genuinely focused on developing every student properly. An outstanding academy that I would recommend without hesitation.

I've trained BJJ in a number of places and with a number of teachers. Professor Alessandro Santana is second to none.
