Tried my first class yesterday and was absolutely blown away by how friendly everyone is. Loved it so much I came back for my second one today! Carl’s teaching is top notch and even over the course of two lessons I can see how much I’ve improved and I get a sense of how much more I can learn if I keep coming back. He really knows his stuff. Not just him though! Everyone I grappled with gave me great tips and definitely made my experience all the better 🔥 Oh and the workout is phenomenal, every part of my body feels pumped - especially my core. What else can I say? I’ll be back for class on Monday 😉 edit: uploading some class photos now I've been coming for 3 months 🔥 still LOVING Wimbledon BJJ

Tried a self-defence & BJJ intro class with BJJ Wimbledon and it was amaaazing! Carl taught practical, real-life techniques that anyone can use, from how to escape holds to safely taking someone down. As a woman, I found it incredibly empowering to learn how to protect myself and actually practice the moves with a partner. The class was fun, supportive, and left me feeling confident and capable. Highly recommend for anyone curious about self-defence or BJJ! Thank youuu, Vik from Lift_and_Latte

Starting anything as a beginner can be intimidating, but Carl and the club are so welcoming. The training and direction are excellent, and Carl’s deep knowledge and passion for the sport shine through. If you’ve ever considered giving Jiu Jitsu a go - get yourself down to the club.

Excellent coaching and a very welcoming club - I've been training at Wimbledon BJJ for almost six months and it's been a brilliant experience. Carl is a fantastic instructor and classes are always good fun. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into BJJ, or just looking for a new place to train.

Wimbledon BJJ is an absolutely fantastic place to train—whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced grappler. The atmosphere is welcoming, the coaching is top-notch, and the team really makes you feel like part of a community. Classes are well-structured, with a strong emphasis on both technical development and practical application. What sets Wimbledon BJJ apart is the balance they strike between being a serious academy and maintaining a friendly, ego-free environment. Everyone supports each other, and the coach genuinely care about your progress. If you’re looking for a place to grow in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while enjoying every session, this is the gym to be at
