Very welcoming gym with excellent coaching and brilliant training partners. Had a great time there visiting for a few days!

Absolutely amazing gym, have been going to the Griphouse(on and off) for a few years now and love Muay Thai classes. Guy, Charlie T. and the rest of the coaches are fantastic. I am not very good 😂, however I really do enjoy the workout. Very friendly atmosphere and not intimidating at all for a woman! Highly recommended:)

A Saturday afternoon spent in a sweaty room full of guys mock punching and sword fighting was awesome. At 50+ I just wish I had found out about it earlier as the fitness drills at the beginning were tough! Great training from the Combat International team, loved it.

Started on the BJJ intro course last August, instantly fell in love with the place. Phenomenal coaches that take the time to talk you through things slowly and explain things properly. Atmosphere is great, not met one person that hasn’t been really friendly and welcoming — Feel like I’m robbing the place with the ridiculously low monthly membership cost as well.

Fantastic gym with high-level coaching and solid training partners. BJJ is on twice per day throughout the week, as well as Saturday and Sunday morning. Kids/teens classes are available six days per week. Great place to train.

I started on an intro to jiu jitsu course at The Griphouse last August. The course was delivered by Paul and I found the coaching to be structured and well thought out, in a manner that allowed me to progress in a logical and understandable manner. At the end of the course I was happy to sign up to a membership and have found the training in other classes, and other arts to be equally engaging. There are a lot of options available, I'm an old dad with a busy job and it's great to have early classes and later sessions which I can manage to get to outside of my other commitments. It's a great environment and a welcoming culture that makes everyone feel at ease. 100% I'd recommend.
