Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had! The training is extremely serious and professional. The instructors are highly skilled and know how to teach techniques in a clear and effective way. We use our whole body—hands, feet, movement—for both defense and attack, which really builds strength, coordination, and confidence. What surprised me the most was the price. It’s very affordable and much lower than I expected for the level of quality you get. You truly feel like you’re getting amazing value for your money. If you’re looking for a well-structured, traditional martial art that teaches powerful and practical techniques, I highly recommend Kuk Sool Won Glasgow

Very welcoming community with a wide variety of people coming from a range of different backgrounds. Great club to come along to whether you want to keep fit, learn self defense, or learn a new martial art. The style covers kicking, punching, throwing, and weapon work, and has a weekly (optional) sparring session where you can put your skills to the test.
