Great gym, great coaches! Family friendly environment, everyone is cool and there to get better. Anyone can train to either lose weight, get in shape, or learn to fight. The MMA portion training is great! The coach will work with you one on one to develop your own unique fighting style, the fighters are very warm and welcoming. Great gym overall! And the for price it’s basically a steal!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Trainers very patient at helping you meet your goals be it weight loss or MMA training. Great classes. Great price.

I’ve been looking for a good affordable MMA gym for some time now and honestly I gave up hope for awhile but my boy invited me to come through. I was skeptical because of the neighborhood but the moment I walked in and had my training session I immediately felt like I was home. A safe comfortable place that I have been given nothing but great teachings from all of the coaches I’m very grateful to be apart of this family!

The guy that runs the gym isn't a real martial artist. The MMA program isn't impressive at all they have no direction. The owner doesn't allow sparring because his fighters really can't take the heat. If you want some real training in the fight business don't go there. WASTE OF TIME !!!!!!!! They have one coach that knows what he's doing but the rest of them are clueless. The place is unorganized so if you want to just lose weight go there but if you want to train MMA pick anywhere else but there.
