    I've been taking personal training classes with Jess at Fit Power and love every minute of it. The environment in the gym is unlike any other I've ever been to. The clientele and the staff are welcoming and create a sense of community. Jess creates personalized workouts and exercises for me that give me amazing results. Since I started, I feel stronger, empowered, and know that I have a welcoming place to come back to.

    This is a gym that has transformed how I feel about weight lifting and made me feel part of the community. Jess is an amazing owner and trainer who's commitment to inclusivity, a positive environment and rigorous training can help anyone become strong - regardless of previous lifting experience. I recommend her gym for both beginners and experienced lifters.

    I came for guidance on my fitness journey but I received so much more than I bargained for... in the best way! Jess is a top-tier coach who truly cares about each client. The coaching I've received in the short time since I've started is already paying dividends in day to day life. Jess excels at giving me precise feedback on my form with relevant cues to help me improve. She also tolerates and potentially enjoys the puns I make throughout the class. Everyone I've met at the gym is extremely welcoming and kind. To top it all off, sometimes dogs pass by outside the garage window -- a huge plus.

    This place is seriously top notch. Inclusive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They are also super safety conscious. Jess is vested in the neighborhood and cares about everyone. Great options to accommodate a variety of needs. I’m also impressed with how they have handled Covid and kept members safe.
