We offer an integrated approach to fitness and self defense. Combining multiple styles of martial arts and fitness styles into one program. Offering cardio kickboxing and self defense classes to kids and adults.
My friend is doing a class here and she invited me to come with her as a plus one and I had an amazing time. The class is once a week for one hour at 7pm. The instructor is very nice. He is amazing at teaching you how to do the proper stances and moves to stretch your body and work it out the proper way. I would highly recommend coming to cross kick fitness and self-defense. They unlock a lot of hidden strength within and show you how to use that for your benefit. I think that’s very important for everyone to figure out within themselves.

I have been a student of Master Mitchell Taddey's for over five years now at Cross-Kick Fitness and Self Defense. The class encompasses a great variety of Self defense tactics, coupled with traditional Taekwondo and offers kick boxing. I have enjoyed being a part of this group for my own personal development and growth as a martial artist. The class has also offered me the opportunity to grow personal relationships and form bonds with the other students. I highly recommend the class for anyone interested in trying martial arts!
