This gym has helped me to learn how to breathe and be calm during quick situations. Even if I'm still starting, everyone here has been supportive, kind, and patient as I learn. I think a lot of people imagine scary fighting, this gym has changed my perspective and helped me feel safe. 🙂

Our daughter goes here and she has loved the experience. They keep the students moving the whole time, emphasize listening , respect for themselves and others , and working hard. They also are super active and having a great time .

Had a great experience training with this team while passing through Milwaukee. Coach Dustin showed us a knee bar move, that I wasn’t familiar with. Found the roles both challenging and controlled. Got to meet a great group of gals. Was honestly taken back by the hospitality and genuine helpfulness of the academy being a tourist, felt like a really great culture. Would definitely recommend! A great martial arts gym for adults and children! My wife has been training at NG since 2012. Both of my daughters have trained at NG since they were 4 years old. The owner, Jon, has grown an amazing culture that gives the gym a sense of community and its members a sense of belonging. Nothing is intimidating about this place, because no matter who you are (big, small, new, experienced, etc) everyone who steps on these mats is on neutral ground.

We have three kids (ages 5-11) that go to Neutral Ground and LOVE their time with the new friends they've made over the years and the confidence it has given them in their daily lives. The instructors are incredible with all the ages and make everyone feel like family.

I have been coming to neutral ground for years and lived the environment. You get to grow at your own pace but be challenged at the same time. I even have my kids enrolled and love to see them grow in this environment as well. Bjj might not be for everyone but I would recommend it to anyone for the experience.

I had serious reservations on sending my thirteen-year-old to a full-contact training school, especially since he was too big for the kid classes, and still a bit small for the adult classes. But it's been six months now (he goes twice per week), and I couldn't be more pleased with Neutral Ground. I could tell from watching the first class that this was a safe place for him to train, and that they treat each other as a community. They take interest in helping each other improve, they treat each other as friends, and they make every effort to not injure each other. This is an absolutely fantastic school.
