Posted 2 years agoHave my 4 year old here and the instructors do a great job at getting the basics done correctly and not just pushing through the motions. They treat the baby budahs like the intelligent individual they are/can be and don't daycare them through the process. I love it and can't wait to see the kids improvements through the years

Absolutely love this gym and Mando Luna Luis Steve O and many other guys I haven’t mentioned are phenomenal! Great atmosphere and really good with kids. If you are looking for a place for your kids I’d highly recommend this place and even adults as this place offers judo bjj kickboxing mma you name it they got it. If you want the best both physically but mentally you won’t regret coming here I promise! This gym really cares about your wellbeing. 💪🙏
Posted 2 years agoSuch a welcoming place! All the coaches are super sweet and know what they’re doing. You can tell that they really love what they do. And the owner actually cares about his students. They have a really great program for the kiddos, as well as the best MMA, judo, and jujitsu for adults in the city. Overall a great vibe and really cool place to train. Also props for always keeping the place very clean :)

My daughter has been going here for a few years now, she has learned a lot of self worth. They motivate the kids to become stronger, body and mind. She goes during the school year after school and during the summer. I wouldn't want to send her anywhere else.
Highly Recommend Zen Martial Arts for parents that have a child with ADHD/ Dislecsia such as mine. My Son had anger issues as well as behavior problems. Counseling / Therapy had no results. Brought My Son to Sensai Luis and His team at Zen Martial Arts. My Son has transformed miraculously into a focused and determined 11 year old. His anger issues have dissipated and behavior has improved dramatically. Special thanks to Sensai Cesar for encouraging him along the way to His green belt in Karate. For parents that may have a child in school that is being bullied this is the case of my own 8 year old daughter. The bullying had gotten so bad My daughter was asking for home schooling or moved to another school. Such a shame a young child would have to be under such stress and anxiety. She started Zen Martial Arts over a year ago and now has gotten Her self esteem back. Confidence in Her ability to handle situations and above all defend Herself if need be. She's achieved Her green belt in Karate as well. I'm so proud of my Children and can't thank Zen Martial Arts.
We have been coming here for a couple years now! The boys love it and have made many friends! Very welcoming and have learned a lot.
My son has been coming here since January and he has finally started gaining weight because of muscle and he now has a lot of confidence. Great after school program. We both love it!!!
If you need a safe and education environment for your little one after school, ZEN is where it's at. The coaches and kids there are phenomenal.
Best place to train as a family. Wonderful atmosphere, very welcoming staff, and the members are united and family oriented. Would definitely recommend this dojo to everyone!

Sensei Luis at Zen Martial Arts Texas provides a positive experience for his students. He mentors them in karate and life, teaching them to be in control of their mind and body. He runs a great program and it is really something that is beneficial for anyone of any age.
Zen is an amazing place to take your kids to. The after school program works well with my schedule and it also has helped my children learn respect, patience, and much more. Taking my kids to Zen has been life changing for both my kids and myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work!
