  The best gym there is in El Paso. I came from another gym and the culture at Briggs MMA is unmatched. As soon as you walk through the door, the energy is high, the vibes are good, and the people are amazing. Coaching staff and Professor Briggs are incredibly educated and knowledgeable in their martial arts and teaching. The kids class is an amazing program handled with gentleness and confidence. The adults class is mixed with different people who challenge you to push yourself to the limit and work harder. The owners are amazing human beings and truly want to see you succeed. They care about your health and fitness goals, and where you want to be with your training in the future. Briggs MMA has become a family to me and others on the mats.

  My daughter has been training here for 3 years and she absolutely loves it! I was a bit scared for her since she is a girl, but everyone takes care of her so well and wants the best for her. Coach Jesse, does an outstanding job with connecting with each and every one of his students for them to have the best outcome in their training. The owners are amazing people who see people as new projects and not money. They both make sure you are on the right track for your fitness and have a future goal for yourself. My daughter spends more time at Briggs Academy than at home! Amazing academy.

  I got three free months at Briggs from an auction a while ago. So far my experience has been fantastic. All the staff are very welcoming and and knowledgeable. If you're trying classes or are fairly new to martial arts, they know how to introduce you and they'll also lend you excellent equipment until you get your own. After my three months of free classes are over, I'll gladly pay from then on, this place is GOATED!!!

  I’ve been training at Briggs MMA since the gym opened, and the owner Jesse Briggs is an awesome guy. Everyone here has become a family and we all want the best for each other. There is an amazing gym etiquette and culture here at Briggs Academy.

As a parent, it's imperative to me that they not only stay active but also learn valuable life skills such as discipline, respect, and self-confidence. This gym has provided just that, and so much more. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. The instructors are not only highly skilled in martial arts but also incredibly patient and understanding with children. They know exactly how to strike the balance between hard work and fun, making sure the kids are always engaged and excited to learn. The structure of the classes is impressive. Each session is well-organized, focusing on different aspects of martial arts that keep my children intrigued and eager to learn. The progress they've made not only in their skills but also in their attitude towards challenges and hard work is remarkable. What really stands out to me is the discipline MMA has instilled in them. It's not just about physical strength but mental resilience as well. My kids have learned to respect their peers, instructors, and themselves, which is invaluable. For any parent considering martial arts for their children, I cannot recommend them enough. It's more than just a gym; it's a community where kids learn important life skills, make friends, and grow in confidence. Watching my children thrive here has been an incredibly rewarding experience.
