The first time i entered the gym i was super excited because of how the gym is really related to the culture of thailand and muay thai. The gym itself is not small, there is one ring and alot of equipments you can ask for cloves and they will give it to you, there is also some weights you can lift. The stuff is very friendly always ready to help in the practices you will getting yelled at but not to embarrass you but to motivate you and to push you over the limits. I already did 3 days trial that are free for every one, in the trials you will learn how to get to your stance and rythem also the couches teach you how to throw a jab and a cross, some trials you even get to learn how to kick. I am really recommend you to try.

I have been going to York Muay Thai for almost two years now and my experience has been outstanding since I first joined. The warm ups are intense and are great for conditioning and staying fit. After the warm up there is normally a pad holding sessions where the instructors teach technique. I've learned so much from these sessions and each class makes you excited for more. I also highly recommend the sparring sessions which are limited to intermediate-level students. These classes are about an 1 hour and a half long so you get exposed to a variety of styles. Its another great way to train your cardio and to put into practice what was taught in class. Big shout out also to PC Illir for his private classes. He is supportive, accomodating and very knowledgable about the sport. I learnt a lot from his classes, and my Muay Thai has really improved because of them.

I've been training at York Muay Thai for 8 months, and it's been an amazing experience. The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I also had the opportunity to take a private lessons with PC Llir, and I can't recommend him enough. He is welcoming, attentive, and also has a wealth of expertise that truly enhances the training experience. I’ll definitely be booking more lessons in the future. 10/10
