Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, the classes are tailored to challenge and help you grow. The gym is clean, organized, and the vibe is always positive and motivating. The instruction is detailed, and there’s a strong emphasis on both technique and respect. I’ve learned so much and gained confidence in my skills here.   I dropped in to the noon drilling class while visiting family and had a great time. Professor Mike showed some really innovative technique, has a super keen eye for details and making corrections, and overall had great explanations. I learned a lot of new things in a short time. Everyone else was very nice and welcoming as well. Looking forward to training more here whenever I visit!

  Back in july 2023 I did a trial class with professor mike and I was hooked. Easy going environment, welcoming and literally now my 2nd home. They offer great classes and have great coaches. You'll meet people who have been with prof mike since they were teenagers and you'll be in awe with the sea of medals. 100% recommend and I look forward to growing old in this gym.
