I recommend x martial arts to everyone. It has done both of my sons wonders. XMA is so inclusive, understanding and welcoming. Confidence, respect and fitness wise they are both coming on so much with the help of the amazing instructors and everyone in the classes. Everyone that goes is absolutely lovely, so welcoming and kind, I recently joined up too and enjoy the lessons so much, pushing me physically and also helping my focus and memory slowly but surely and I am making some good friends too. Thankyou everyone at XMA you are a big part of our life.
My son’s been attending X Martial Arts for a year now and he absolutely loves it. He has ADHD and we thought this would be a good activity to help him with his energy levels but also to help with his focusing both of which have improved. He’s also gained a lot of confidence and social skills, training with his fellow students. The leadership team are excellent, friendly and professional but also encouraging the kids to think positively, work together, respect and also to come out of their comfort zone to push themselves.
An Incredible Journey for the Whole Family! Joining XMA Martial Arts School has been a fantastic journey for both me and my son. From day one, the environment has been incredibly friendly, challenging, and motivating.The instructors are truly amazing. They are highly professional, deeply knowledgeable, and always helpful. They know exactly how to push you to your limits while keeping classes engaging and supportive.My son absolutely loves training at XMA. The classes have significantly boosted our confidence and greatly improved our fitness levels. It is a wonderful community to be a part of, and I cannot recommend this school highly enough to anyone looking to learn martial arts!
We have been attending XMA York since 2023 after my middle child won a raffle prize at school. Since then, he has absolutely loved his time there and is now working towards his black belt next year! My daughter and youngest son (6 years old) have now joined as well and are following in their brother’s footsteps. The team are incredibly welcoming and always supportive, especially when a child is struggling or needs extra encouragement. I would definitely recommend XMA to anyone looking for a positive and supportive environment for their children.
I can’t recommend XMA and the team enough. My son has been attending classes here for over a year now and he has thrived and flourished. He has a new found level of confidence and enthusiasm which we are delighted to see. My son has additional needs and the team are nothing less than exceptional. He has made friends here which is something that doesn’t come naturally but the community here is something pretty incredible. Everybody supports each other and genuinely wants the best for each other. From day one we have been made to feel welcome. The instructors and coaching assistants are world class, both on and off the mats! In addition to all of this, the team work tirelessly to put on events and competitions to give their students experiences and goals to work towards. As a family we are proud to be part of this amazing community!
