Judo Centre, Barry Cl, High Wycombe HP12 4UE, UK
Fabulous venue, friendly and helpful staff. It was easy to find and the venue has plenty parking.
Nice friendly cafe, very reasonable prices, large portions. Good place to meet up with friends. Large car park. Kids playground very close by. Well worth a visit.lots of different activities happen there as well.
A brilliant soft play not just for kids but for the babies as well, they have gone above amd beyond to cater for everyone's playtime!
What an outstanding Dojo! This is surely not only the best multi purpose Dojo in this country, but also a perfect business! It's a collosal building with three full size matted areas for Judo or Aikido. Then, in an absolutely ideal scenario, there is a HUGE bar (which must have a legal capacity of at least 150+ and seemingly has events, bands and DJs on a regular basis!) - which is an excellent viewing area, with loads of windows providing a great birds eye view of proceedings below - whether you're watching a tournament or you're observing your kids first lessons. I'd love to be a member of this Dojo, not least because you get a discount at the bar and they have a cool beer selection included a brilliant Session IPA. To conclude; I'm absolutely blown away. If you're keen on martial arts, you really need to check out this first class venue. Honestly; a standing ovation to the proprietors! I can't wait to go back!
I often go there for judo competitions. Great facilities, great staff. Great coffeesss.. Wish we all had a judo club like that. Been there many times. Perhaps A/C is next investment? Thank you all for warm welcome . Always well organised . Car park space is good if not plenty of street parking around.
I come here to the cafe whilst my eldest daughter is at her gym class, I bring my 2 year old daughter to play in the play area and she loves ot so much! She took one of her first steps here and started walking properly here as well! The staff are so friendly especially Carla, she went above and beyond last week! I love the Chai lattes and my daughter enjoys her Ellas snack 😋 Play area is brilliant and catered well for kids with things for kids and young babies to play with from the kitchen to slide, blocks and the reading corner is brilliant! Definitely recommend this place to come whether youre strolling in the park or attending the gym itself!
Very good for small functions. We attended an Asian Mehndi function with approximately 150 guests. Worked reasonably well for this.
Posted 1 year agoWonderful venue - just had my 30th birthday here and it is absolutely beautiful. The staff are kind and really helpful. Price was also very affordable (even this close to Christmas!). Would definitely recommend 😊
Posted 1 year agoWe hosted my husbands 30th birthday party at the judo centre and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The venue itself is so beautiful and has many decorations up already (fairy lights in the ceiling, disco balls up and flower garlands around) we did put some decorations up but it’s so beautiful already, it really doesn’t need much. We ordered the standard Buffett and all of our guests commented on how lovely the food was! The drinks were very reasonable prices and the England euro game fell on the same day as our party and the venue kindly let us put the tvs on so our guests can watch the penalty shoot out! Due to the football game going into extra time and penalties, the staff were so understanding with delaying the time the food came out and nothing was too much. If you’re looking for somewhere to host a party, have a look at this place! Highly highly recommend. Thank you to everyone!
Posted 2 years agoVery nice Dojo with bar and Food💪🔥🥇🙏
Posted 2 years agoWhat a fantastic place! So many different things from different groups. Not just judo. I did a first aid course there. The cafe/bar/restaurant was lovely and with such nice decorations. Parking is free and it’s right next to a playground too.
