Traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes or "BJJ" for short, are provided for adults and children! BJJ is a martial art tailored for everyone, no matter if a person is in shape, conditioned or not experienced, the art itself will take you there! Starting age in our school vary from as young as 6 and as far as 50+ years!
Great bjj gym for all levels. The vibes are extremely friendly and welcoming, plus Coach Rodrigo ensures everyone feels safe and comfortable on the mats, something you don’t see in all gyms in the area. The coaches all clearly love what they do and strive to make the students enjoy the sport just as much. Highly recommend!

I joined wanting to try something new for exercise, as a total beginner with zero experience in any sort of martial arts and I'm glad I did. Between instructors and classmates it's a good crew, they make it fun and it's definitely a great workout.
Come in and try the class out for yourself and youll be hooked. Great class with great people of all ages and levels.
The classes are professional and the students work and help each other as family. The teacher helps you with any stretches and move you need help with and the vibes are good there. If you need additional help understanding Rodrigo takes the time explaining to you!
Amazing environment for newcomers! I’ve never done any form of martial arts so im totally new to this and everyone is so welcoming and nonjudgmental! The instructor takes his time making sure I understand everything and allows me to go at my own pace! I look forward to going to all my classes highly recommend! Especially if you’re a female who’s interested in self defense and has never done anything like it before! Perfect environment for beginners!!

Wonderful School with martial arts experts who go in-depth with the art you choose learn. Mats are brand new and they take that extra time at the end of the day to help you learn anything you were confused about during class. Would recommend 100%

Way of life BJJ is awesome!!! At first I was very hesitant to go I didn’t know that many people there and though it was the same as any other BJJ gym. But I was completely wrong!!!! Great group, awesome teacher, and very understanding as well!!
It’s a great way to learn Brazilian Jiu Jistu and instructor Rodrigo is very good. The people are very warm and welcoming so you'll feel at home. I believe it's been 3 years and it was the best decision I made for my girls! They learned so much. Thank you!
Great place to get into jujitsu! The kids program teaches discipline as well as it does the techniques. The adults class is full of helpful, funny, and hungry individuals who understand how to be great sparring partners. Class sizes usually fluctuate from around 20 to 5 people with the larger classes happening during the week and the smaller ones typically on Saturday. Rodrigo is a fantastic instructor, he’s been able to answer every question I’ve had so far and he’s able to work with each person towards attaining their individual goals. You can tell he’s invested in his studentsts growth.

Rodrigo is the best! He makes sure that everyone in class gets the techniques that are shown in class. Whether you get it on the first try or you get it after a couple of tries. Rodrigo has tremendous patience and will work with you until you get it down to a tee. Plus, the atmosphere at Way of Life BJJ is supportive and fun. Which always makes you look forward to the next class.
Way of Life BJJ and Instructor Rodrigo has been a big part of our lives for the past 3 years. Rodrigo started training our son Jacob at 4 years old and his patience, respect, and love for the art of BJJ was evident from the very 1st class. He does an amazing job with the kids class!
I have been training with master Rodrigo for years, and I can say with sincerity that he has rekindled my love of jiujitsu. He is a master of the craft, and has fostered a fun supportive environment. He has a passion for the art and it shows in all of the classes; whether there are 2 students or 20 in attendance. Anyone can get something out of his class from a 1st time white belt to a seasoned brown belt. I always look forward to attending class, and always regret the days I skip due to my own laziness.

Além de estar conquistamdo condicionamento físico, mais disposição para o dia a dia, perda de peso, novas amizades as aulas propõem técnicas de defesa pessoal.
