One of my favourite workouts. Such a lovely, safe space.

I have been attending sessions with Gemma at the gym for years now I could not recommend her more highly. Both her classes and pad blast sessions are ideal for all ages and capabilities. My daughter also attends and we both find that Gemma is not only a great physical trainer, she offers a place to let off steam and caters sessions to everyone’s physical and mental needs. My son also has sessions with Daz and he has grown not only in his physical capabilities but also in confidence, and is taught respect and discipline. It is a fantastically run gym with a close knit family atmosphere where you feel welcome and supported always. No matter what you are looking for, I’m confident you will find something to suit your needs at warrior Muay Thai gym.

My sessions with Gemma are so much more than a 'pad blast' . They are therapy, fitness, financial advice, and comedy all rolled into one. I was so nervous when I first started coming but Gemma soon put me at ease. Have been coming for years and Gemma has been there through good times and bad- not just a trainer- a true friend 💖

I moved over to Warrior Muay Thai from another gym some years ago and have trained there on and off for a few years now. The time and dedication Daz, Gemma and now Russ all put in to their classes and private tuition you can't buy elsewhere. Classes are always busy - with good reason - but also newcomer friendly with a strict no egos ethos. WMT is a great place whether you just want to train just for fitness and fun or compete to become a champion (There are plenty of belts on the wall to support this). If you're thinking of giving it a go, best advice I could give is shoot them a message and just got for it.

Warrior Muay Thai……what a gym 🤩 Definitely a long lasting happy accident stumbling across their page on Facebook and Instagram after seeing Gemma’s group ladies pad blast sessions advertised. Gemma is a fantastic coach, attentive and genuine. She works you hard 💪 Mega tunes blasting at every session too! I keep coming back, it really is fab. I signed up for the beginners Muay Thai course - I’m mid 40’s was worried I was too old but Darren assured me I definitely wasn’t! Russ Hayes ran this beginners course, he was so professional, paid attention to detail and encouraging. An asset to Warrior Muay Thai and testament to the long hours Darren and Gemma have put in to making this such a great gym ☺️
