Great club with well-organised inter-club sparring sessions—exactly what we came for.

Great bunch of trainers, easy for the youngsters to follow and build up confidence. They haved moved from the old unit but are still in the same industrial park, over the road. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Derek & Amanda are simply the best. Complete passion not just about boxing but working with the kids and developing them into not just boxers but fine young adults. 5 stars just aren’t enough.

I was visiting Warrington for a week and I trained at Hook & Jab every day. The gym had a very positive environment with super nice people working there. They had everything you need in a boxing club. I'll for sure come back when I'm in Warrington again.

For only £3 i got to enjoy a brilliant boxing session. Lots of equipment to use and amazing coaches. It seems very well organised. I love how it still has that old skool feel when I'm training.
