  I highly recommend, I have trained with Neil, for almost 34 years, and I am a former British Champion, and still train every week. Training here changed my life for the better, giving me confidence, discipline and drive, which I use in my day to day life. My children also train / learn here as it is a friendly, safe, professional, place with high quality instructors, with top of the range quality equipment. There is a good mix of male and female members, with everyone coming to learn, train, have fun, get fit, and pick up some very useful skills.

  Can't rate this place highly enough. I've never done kickboxing before and the team are fantastic. It's a great atmosphere with professional trainers. Groups are never too big so you get the coaching you need. The people who attend are all really friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Any women reading this who are in two minds, definitely go and do the taster session. Well worth the money Wish I'd started sooner!

  My son had been having issues with confidence and I looked into joining him into some form of kickboxing. I generally can not thank both Neil and Kieron enough for the confidence boost they have given my son and the change in a matter of weeks has been amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone

  World class, patient and friendly instructors who teach you the techniques of kickboxing. The studio is full of top quality equipment for you to use. I've only been going for 6 weeks and so glad that I chose to go here. I have a back injury which they take into consideration as I train. All students have been exceptionally friendly and will make you feel welcome and help you as much as they can. I can't fault this place.

  My boy has been going for around 8 months and loves it. It’s given him a sense of determination and respect with discipline. It’s matured him and allowed him to develop a new skillset that has come from the instructors and teachers at Warrington KB
