  I've had the pleasure of being trained by Sifu John Lobby for a couple of years , the Wing Chun School is extremely professional, friendly and welcoming of everyone. I had absolutely no experience in martial arts and now I'm learning a beautiful art. The whole school is so social and Sifu John's experience spans over 3 decades and ecorpiates many disciplines. I can hugely recommend our school if your interested in developing yourself in many ways.

  I have had the pleasure of training under Sifu John Lobb for 8 years now. i started my Wing Chun journey in 2010 at a local huddersfield club where i live. As soon as i became aware of Sifu John Lobb i could see that his Wing Chun was on a whole other level from what i had been taught. His experience and fighting skills are formidable and his practical hands on approach to teaching are second to none. If you are serious about furthering your wing chun i would highly recommend seeking him out!

  Coming from a Krav Maga background I wanted to expand on my martial arts training with Wing Chun. The Wing Chun system seemed a natural progression and from the first session I was hooked.... Five years later, Sifu John Lobb still amazes me with his in depth knowledge of the Wing Chun system. There is simply no-one that can match his experience, expertise, teaching ability and passion for the Wing Chun system. The school is friendly and welcoming and it is a great place to grow and learn. My fellow students are top class and we are one big family which is a testament to Sifu Lobb.

  Joined the club to learn Wing Chun with my wife for both recreation and self defence, and we absolutely loved it. The depth of knowledge, understanding and detail taught and practiced at this school is frankly staggering. This is an international school with students from Europe and across the UK. Recommend watching all the videos on youtube and visiting Sifu John Lobb. Training with fellow students is a blast, and the private tuition is first class. I bet even Wing Chun and martial art practitioners who've been training for years will come away with fresh understanding and training methods to further improve their skillset

  Having studied in Wing Chun under the Ip Chun/ Ip Ching lineage for 10 years, and reaching Sifu level, I thought I had a complete knowledge of the system. All that changed the minute I stepped into Sifu John’s gym. Here I am five years later, a closed door student and Instructor with him, and today, like the first day, he continues to blow my mind. His knowledge of Wing Chun as a system and as a science, his experience and knowledge of combat, physicality, and level of skill in these areas is, in my opinion, second to none. If you think you know Wing Chun, I dare you to spend five minutes in Sifu John’s company, and I guarantee you will think differently! What do you have to lose?. I haven’t looked back since and honestly cannot recommend Sifu John and his students enough! Upgrade your Wing Chun to a level you never thought would be possible!
