  turn up for a session and you’ll see for yourself how great of a gym it is. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Great place to learn and get fit. If you aspiring to be compete, the coaches (Dan & Matt) have a wealth of knowledge and experience to support you and your training. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to learn Thai boxing or mixed martial arts. As mentioned previously, just turn up and you’ll wish you had started sooner.

  Great place to train . Friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve done Muay Thai classes and 1 to 1’s with both the head coaches and I’ve seen improvements in my strength, speed and technique. I’d definitely recommend if your looking to start training or pick it up again if you’ve had some time off

  Fantastic place to learn from Current world class fighters who are skilled in multiple disciplines. They have created a friendly and comfortable environment to learn alongside other team members of various experiences and abilities. It does not matter what Age, shape, size, ability, male or female you are part of a fantastic team who will encourage you to higher levels.

  Have been a member of The Forge for a few years now. Felt right at home straight away. Great coaches and extremely friendly environment they maintain. Gym for all levels and would recommend to anyone.

  Trained at 2 places in Warrington and this is by far the best. Coaches are very experienced and are still active professionals at the top of their game. If your looking to train Thai or mma in Warrington then I highly recommend.
