Amazing grappling club, I drive down from manchester most Sundays just to train here! The head coach robin really goes into depth with technique and even finds variations for individuals based on their skill levels and game types really good coaching! It’s aimed for all skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Top place.

Amazing coaching and atmosphere. Very welcoming and inclusive for all levels. Rob is approachable friendly and very patient. A wealth of knowledge in all things grappling and combat sports. Rob will push you to do your best and is able to adapt and alter things to ensure you get the most out of every session. The rest of the team are all helpful and funny with a real feel of community and support. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a new sport that will push you to be your fittest and to make new friends I would wholeheartedly recommend grappling and moreover WSG.

Rob at WSG has been absolutely amazing! He's been so patient with my son who has mega confidence issues. He has also helped my husband to get back to training after a severe back injury/operation. He is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled at bringing the best out of any given situation. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Rob's made a very relaxed but enjoyable atmosphere at WSG. 😊

Fantastic gym, very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Fantastic coaching, and clearly an absolute wealth of knowledge that Rob the coach is happy to pass on in a very student focused manner. Will definitely continue to train here.
