I am beyond words of how excellent the staff and store are with all of my martial arts training equipment with their warm and welcoming attitude towards me makes me feel like I am part of the family you help you with all of enquiries and if you are purchasing any of the equipment which is always stocked up with all of the latest equipment and their is always a staff member their who will help you make sure that you are buying the correct equipment for all your training needs and if they haven’t got it in store they will always order it in for you which is why I have recommended this store to anyone and everyone .

I have Ordered gloves from this company before and it’s always been a great service. Ordered a pair of Reyes and not had confirmation which was my fault with the email address being incorrect . Rang the shop earlier today and the guy was brilliant and really helpful . Sorted it there and then . Would I should here again . Definitely.
A royal mess up from Royal Mail… but, the guys at FEUK sorted everything out and got my money back to me.

Great customer service.
Came in to buy shins and gloves I’d seen online but they didn’t have any in. They immediately ordered them from the supplier and called me 24hrs later to let me know they’d arrived.
Rest of the shop has great selection.
Just got my 15 year old a BJJ Gi, belt and some twins hand wraps for his Thai Boxing. A lovely bunch of lads in the shop, very helpful and the Gi was cheaper on the website so they gave us the website price. I've ordered stuff from their website previously but didn't realise they were local to ourselves. A great little shop with good customer service. Thanks
Ordered some fight shorts, they look great. Bit of a delay with Royal Mail, but is to be expected this close to Christmas. Dan from FEUK was great communicating this and offered a refund for the 1-2 day delivery. Overall a great company and I would use again and recommend.
Bought some Adidas boxing boots from fight equipment uk and the sole started to come away after a month of use. Contacted fight equipment uk customer services and received a same day reply asking for photos. Sent these in and again got a prompt reply thanking me and stating they would contact supplier. Next day had an update that replacement boots were being dispatched. Received boots two days later. Highly recommended buying from fight equipment uk, customer service is second to none. Big shout out to Dan who dealt with the issue. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
Placed an order 23 July still not received and refusing to refund or replacement
They claimed they raised a investigation with the courier after it was left unauthorised and unsigned for
Was told that I had to wait 30 days for the claim with Royal Mail to go through- the claim is between themselves and Royal Mail not me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt
31/07 they claimed to off raised the investigation
11/08 I asked for an update
12/08 they replied saying the claim can take up to 30 days again
29/08 I messaged again after several back and forth for another update
01/09 they replied saying the investigation was opened on the 07/08 and that it would be settled by 06/09
9/09 I messaged again and they replied saying the claim will be settled by the 08/09 which had already passed - I was then told that it had been raised by the Royal Mail manager
Today is 19/09 and still nothing, legally a item has to be delivered within 30 days whatever the circumstance, I ordered nearly 60 days ago and the company is refusing to replace or refund
You can see in other reviews they have had similar situations
Reported to Trading Standatds and have informed bank as left with no option

Absolute horrendous service Purchased some harness wraps for my son for Christmas they came way too small. I sent them back on Tuesday 2nd it got to theirs on 6th And I am still waiting for a refund and they also never answer the phone as I’ve called 10 to 15 call on one day So anyone wanted to use these guys I’d prefer to go elsewhere like Fortress
Mouth guard was damaged and Dan said it wasn’t when clearly there is a chipped off piece. Absolutely will not be buying here again. There are so many other good honest stores where they will not pull off this type of nonsense.
