Stopped by for open mat on July 4th while working in the area. Awesome place to train and everyone was very welcoming! This place is top notch! If your every in the Salt Lake City area, it’s worth the drive south just to train at Vida Jiu Jitsu!

I’ve trained under Greg for 2 years and Vida Jiu Jitsu has the best culture and Jiu Jitsu in Utah. Not only has my Jiu Jitsu leveled up, but my life as a whole. Can’t recommend this place enough for all levels, whether you’re just starting or an experienced martial artist, come check out the gym
