Amazing place so friendly and helpful my children have loved their classes in karate and kickboxing, Pete, Kirsten, Jade and the team are great with the kids and everyone has been so supportive.

Its my first time doing martial arts but im loving it, exercise, learning to defend myself and talking to new people.
Really enjoying getting fit again and learning a new skill for self defense. I've put on a some weight and feel weak at the knees, so this is perfect for me in fun way to help get stronger and lighter. JADE my teacher helps you along to get the movements right and its great to learn from experienced fighters. All good for fitness and self defense. I'm feeling alot fitter after my 3rd session. I found it hard work on my first session, bit soon picked my energy up by my third. All in all its good fun. Dave P.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable teacher's. Fun and energetic classes All staff are welcoming to all the family - our whole family attends and we all love it. Highly recommend!

I have progressed hugely I'm the 6 months I have been here, My fitness and health have improved massively along with my technique and skill level. Even after 6 months these classes are the best part of the week !!!!
Great Karate Club. Really family orientated. After two years of doing next to no exercise, and at the age of 53, I decided to go back to Karate. The instructors were extremely supportive and worked with me to get my fitness and technique back, They really want their students to achieve and progress, I can’t recommend this club highly enough.
