  Joined in Jan 2023 and found a Good group...and very welcoming...and will accommodate everyone's levels.. Instructors are very good and lead by Example. Taylor the main instructor ...we all look up to him as he is very good and a natural champion...!!!

  The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and supportive. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the class schedule is convenient. I've seen significant improvement in my technique and fitness since joining, and I can't recommend this gym enough!!!

  Without doubt the best BJJ gym in Essex!! My family and I have only just made the switch over to Enso, but I can tell you that it’s the highest level of teaching and training we have come across and we have trained all over the world. I doesn't matter if you’re a hobbyist or a serious competitor, they can cater to your needs. Everyone is friendly and the professors and coaches are of the highest standard. You will learn top level jujitsu from one of the best black belt competitors in the world.

  I've done BJJ very sporadically over 10years and been to a lot of gyms, and this is the best place I've ever trained! Never loved Jiu Jitsu as much as I do now! World class coaching!
