  My son and daughter have been attending the kids kung fu class for over a year now and they love it. Their confidence and self esteem has improved massively too. Coryn is a fantastic teacher and all the kids love her. My husband also enjoys the adult Kung Fu classes led by Martyn. Great club with welcoming and relaxed vibe 👍

  Been training with phoenix for quite a few years now. Martyn is so knowledgeable, in several disciplines, with world class experience! If you're looking to get fit and learn something new, definitely give it a go. 100% recommend Also family friendly.

  Always wanted to study martial arts as kid, Kung fu and BJJ have changed my life, this is also down to my instructors, Phoenix freestyle martial arts is one big family, friendly, humble environment I would recommend to anyone who’s looking to keep fit build confidence study the mind and soul, Kung fu, sanshou, BJJ, is a great introduction to combat sports it will change your outlook on life and you as a person. Martial arts is limitless you can never stop learning.

  The club is run by great people, excellent coaches and impressive martial artists, I learned a great deal and improved myself as a person in this class over the 5 or 6 years I’ve trained with them
