You have to pay to last month upfront and if you don't give a 21 day notice before the next billing date, they will charge you for a whole month. So you end up paying for two months that you will not use after all. What a PREDATORY system they built. Here is a how to approach them. Come over and negotiate the price the processing fee can be waived. The monthly price can go all the way to 39$/month. After making the first payment, go ahead and CANCEL your membership. Why? To avoid annual hidden fee. The owners of this facility are immoral.

Posted 1 year agoThe gym is very well-equipped, but the customer service only works when they need to make a sale. I've been trying to get my money back for over two months, and if I don't go there in person, I get no answers. Nothing gets solved through email, and on the phone, they just transfer me from department to department without ever getting any answers.
