Great place for kids to learn self defense and Krav. We've had both Travis and Beth who are great instructors for my girls from the youngest range up to 10 years old. Customer service side is also very easy and nice. Would strongly recommend this place!
Posted 1 year agoKravZone has been a second home to my family since 2017. I started my with my son when he was about 6 or 7 years old in the parent and child class. I enjoyed the bonding time and the chance to learn some skills myself. I eventually started taking adult classes along with many of the other parents. The lessons are based on situations that could happen in the real world, so it's a good mix of kickboxing, jujitsu, and other self defense scenarios. Each class applies lessons through drills alongside a partner, so you're able to gain knowledge and skills from day 1. My son is now nearly 13, doing classes with kids his age, and has learned not only self defense, but also the confidence to walk away from kids at school who instigate fights. I've also started both my girls in the parent and child class since the age of 6 (now 10 and 7). It's been incredibly empowering to learn self defense, in addition to being the best workout you can get. Best of all, the instructors, parents, and fellow classmates have all become lifelong friends of mine. KravZone is not just a school, but a genuine community.
Posted 2 years agoWe have been coming here for 2 years now and I can’t say enough good things about it. I put my son in one on one training with Travis and it’s been so great! Beth has been amazing on Saturday class. Shlomi has many classes to accommodate all different levels. It’s great for kids and adults.
Posted 2 years agoThis gym is perfect for anyone wanting to learn martial arts for what ever reason. Although they do not offer boxing, kickboxing or mma tournaments, they are ready and willing to help you find one. Or, if you choose to learn Krav for self defense purposes, the instructors are amazing about that as well. Overall one of the best places to learn martial arts and very highly recommend, with amazing instructors and facilities.
Posted 7 years agoCoach Tyler will show you world class technique straight from Caio Terra 10X world Champ, highly recommend his no-gi grappling class if you are a beginner or intermediate. Gym is super nice and Krav coach is really professional. Dont miss Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Grappling, imma be there!
