I’m delighted with my experience at Pro Muay Thai, which I can put down to Cha’s relaxed but confident teaching style. We do a mix of pad work, grappling, cardio and sparring. I like that I can work off the week’s stress while learning a new skill in a safe and friendly environment. The make up of the class is diverse with all ages and genders, the vibe is friendly and welcoming. I’d strongly recommend. Thanks Pro Muay Thai for helping me make progress with my fitness and confidence. Jake

I’ve been training for 4 months with Pro Muay Thai and I have loved every minute of it. The coaches are experienced and have a deep understanding of the sport. They explain techniques patiently and in an easily digestible way whilst creating a friendly close knit culture which eased any anxiety I had about joining a new martial arts gym. After every session I leave feeling that I’ve learnt something new which leaves my excited for the next class. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking to get fit or learn how to defend themselves.

Really friendly and down to earth folk at Pro Muay Thai. The Instructor, Cha Makenzie, really knows his stuff, explaining and demonstrating everything very clearly. Definitely feel my fitness levels and knowledge increasing. Enjoy it so much i have started bringing my boy (9 years old) along too and he too is now hooked. Pad work and drills are great. Highly recommended for newbies and pros alike!
