My Daughter has been a member of I-Kick almost since the very beginning. I can’t praise it highly enough. It has been such a big positive influence on her in so many ways. The team at I-kick put so much into the students. It’s been amazing to watch my daughter grow up with the I-kick team behind her & helping her reach her full potential inside & outside of martial arts. Signing her up to this club as a 5yr old has been one of the best things I’ve done for her. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of starting martial arts for their children to definitely put I-kick at the top of their list. Ross & the Team are a testament to their vocation.
Great club my son loves it 😉learn some good life lessons aswel as martial arts
Wonderful friendly and professional teachers. My son attended their classes for 2 years and was taught structure and discipline through fun.
My daughter’s confidence has improved massively since joining this kickboxing club 5 years ago and she absolutely loves it. The staff are incredible — always encouraging, supportive, and full of positive reinforcement. They genuinely make the kids feel like they could conquer the world, and there’s never any negativity. I honestly can’t express how amazing the whole team is. Highly recommend to any parent looking to build confidence, discipline, and self-belief in their child.
My son has trained at i-kick for 2 years. We moved to Glasgow from the highlands where he had over 6 years of training in taekwondo. The club its self is such a family oriented place and friendly. I-kick was the second club he tried here after a not so good experience at the first which put him off wanting to continue in taekwondo. With encouragement to even just try I-kick and if he still felt the same he could give up training. Well it was a full 360 after one class, he had his motivation back and the enjoyment he had before we moved. Mr penman even went as far to contact his old club for some details on where he was sitting in regards to progress etc so they could continue where he left off. I can honestly say it is one of the most supportive clubs we have ever attended. All the instructors deserve more than the 5 stars offered on this review. If you are thinking of joining or your children’s I couldn't recommend I-kick enough.!
My son has been attending ikick for over 5 years now and we absolutely love the club. They have fantastic instructors who genuinely care about the kids they are coaching. It is a very professional set up and the kids are coached in a very safe and positive way. A great environment for kids (and adults) to be in.
Cannot recommend this club enough, so family orientated. All staff and instructors are fantastic especially with the younger kids. My son joined as soon as he turned 4 and we haven’t looked back; teaching him respect, resilience, integrity and confidence from such a young age has been amazing. His favourite day of the week for sure is coming here. This club has so much more to offer than classes we also got to celebrate Joshua’s 5th birthday party here and it was epic! Well done everyone and thank you for everything you do, we can’t wait for many more years at I-kick!
My son and daughter have been going since November. They have both achieved belts and their confidence has grown so much. My son, in particular, has improved his behaviour and focus. They love the classes and the instructors are amazing - really patient, caring and passionate. Ashley is also amazing and replies to any questions/queries. Nothing is ever too much and I really can't fault their absolute dedication to their business and students.
Posted 1 year agoFamily run martial arts club. We have been with the club as a family for nearly 4 years. The kids absolutely love coming to learn at the club. They learn not just martial skills but many life skills as well. The instructors are absolutely fantastic. They take the time to know each individual. I'm still unsure how they know everyone's name. There are so many classes to choose from over a 6 day period. Great flexibility for busy family's.
Posted 1 year agoMy son has been attending I-Kick Martial Arts for over 2 years now and I cannot recommend this club highly enough! The staff have been so supportive and encouraging of my son and have helped him build his confidence levels. All of the staff have been empathetic, positive and encouraging to him. Aside from the excellent martial arts, this club offers so much more than that - they nurture and allow kids to grow and become confident and develop life long skills. Highly recommend 👍
Posted 1 year agoI cannot recommend this family club enough! My daughters train here every week. Amazing skills for life are taught week in week out and each instructor takes the time to get to know each individual child. It is such a great club my husband joined! He has been training for the last couple of years and is really enjoying it. Definitely recommended! ⭐️
Posted 1 year agoI couldn't recommend I-kick Martial arts enough. My 5 year old has been going for under a year and absolutely loves it. The staff are incredible from Ross to Ashley and all the other coaches - they are amazing with the kids. I feel my wee one is learning a lot through these classes not just about martial arts but lessons to learn as he grows older. Curriculum is very relevant and suitable and most importantly, fun for the wee ones. The prices are very fair and they also hold seasonal events (Halloween, Christmas etc). I hope my wee one continues his journey here for a long time and is able to replicate the success of the coaches and staff. Keep up the amazing work!
Posted 1 year agoMy experience at this kickboxing gym was disappointing. To be clear, I am certain I have reviewed the correct gym. The class felt disorganized, with limited instruction and little attention given to beginners, which raised some safety concerns for me. The gym also encourages members to leave reviews through Facebook, but my experience didn’t fully align with the positive image presented online. For transparency, my public Google name is Harold “Happy” Hogan (from Marvel), as I feel uncomfortable sharing my real name for obvious reasons. Overall, I have some concerns about how this club operates and was hoping for a more structured, professional environment for the price. At this time, I wouldn’t personally recommend it.
