The instructors at ATA Tigers have been incredibly patient and supportive with the younger kids. Our 4-year-old was hesitant at first, but their calm and consistent approach helped her feel comfortable enough to join in at her own pace. Now she’s excited to get on the mat each week and even practices her moves at home. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming—overall a great environment for kids to build confidence and stay active.

Coach White is an excellent instructor. We travel all around and look for new places to train. So happy we came here because the quality of instruction and the community they created are both top notch!

My son absolutely loves classes with Triumph! I’m impressed at the skills he’s learned in less than a year, especially for being 4. I can see the instructors working in curriculum each week, while keeping the learning fun and light. And they have always kept patience with the kiddos, even on nights that focusing and sitting still is hard!

My 13 daughter is not athletically-gifted but gave Triumph a shot and is just thriving! It’s been a huge self confidence boost for her, she loves going and really values the small, tight knit family that is Triumph. It’s been such an awesome opportunity for her and we are so thankful!

The instructors and facilities at the Clive location are great! It’s a fun atmosphere to learn self-defense through taekwondo but I really enjoy how they also teach students to be more disciplined and respectful.

We joined Triumph in the fall and it has been a great experience. The facility is clean and space for the students to spread out. The instructors are encouraging and attentive to the students. It’s family owned which was we like and it has been a great fit.

I have been training with the Whites since I was 4! It has been a LIFE CHANGING experience. I can’t express how much fun it is! It helps build so many skills for young children and adults. And they have such a wide variety of programs, such as Krav Maga, Taekwondo, kick-boxing and many other GREAT self-defense and fitness classes. I will recommend this place to everyone who wants to learn self-defense, and get healthy, and I will do so forever...

This place and the instructors here are AMAZING! I'm new to all of it...self defense and Krav Maga. But they are patient and very encouraging! I can feel and see change in my fitness level and skills in a short amount of time. And I'm not an easy student! Matt and Chris know their stuff, know how to teach and do it well!

Love Triumph Martial Arts! My husband and I started Krav Maga the first of the year and to date, I’ve learned something beneficial from each lesson, that when practiced, I can use in a real life situation if I ever needed to. I leave classes feeling pumped! I can’t say enough about the instructors, they are great!

My almost 14 year old daughter has been taking classes from Mr. White at Triumph Martial Arts since she was 6 years old. She is a second degree Black Belt and is training for her third degree as well. The professionalism and training are outstanding!!! Mr. White is an excellent instructor who enjoys teaching children the life skills that are needed in life as well as teaching children self defense. Martial Arts teaches children respect, courtesy, manners, self- control as well as other important things a child needs in real life to help them achieve their goals in life. My daughter has benefited greatly from her years at Triumph Martial Arts and will continue her training for years to come!!

My 12 year old has learned TKD for 6 years. Triumph Martial Arts provides sound instruction helping to improve technique, overall health and wellness, and personal qualities such as determination, perseverance, and discipline. Mr. White treats students with respect and is able to individualize instruction to help each student continue to excel.
