This is a great place. The classes are a fantastic workout and you also learn a lot about martial arts and self-defense. All the teachers are really well qualified and are friendly. I been bringing my 6 years old daughter here over 8 months and it has been really great activity for her.It is a great for fitness - but also self-defense and confidence. Thank you Jeff for having an awesome staff!

Been training here for around 7-8 months in BJJ. Everyone here is friendly, respectful, and patient. I always feel less stressed after a class. Enjoyable to learn from Professor Thiago and everyone.

My 7 1/2 year old grandson just earned his white belt with the help of the amazing instructors who work here. Everyone’s been really great and patient with him. The kids in his classes are incredibly nice and respectful. They even go out of their way to help my grandson.

Tri-State has been an incredible experience for our kids. An absolutely wonderful staff that really cares about not only growing their physical skills but giving them the tools to be successful in life. Since joining in March of 2024 it has been a tremendous experience!
