Over the past 15 years, 4 of my kids have gone to Americk Langhorne and 1 still attending. The entire program and staff are amazing, the individual attention each child has in class is amazing, and the community events they do are great as well!
My daughter Layla spent two years with Amerikick karate and I have nothing but great things to say about them! All the instructors are fully engaged and make it fun for the kids. I enjoyed seeing all the kids having so much fun while learning self-defense and working towards their belts, her confidence and self-discipline increased tremendously during her time there. I always looked forward to going to her class and seeing all the kids having so much fun while learning self-defense while working towards their belts. Layla decided to move on to a different activity, but I will miss the team there especially watching Sensai Andrew in action! 🥋⚔️✌️
The staff here is wonderful with our son. They are stern, fair, and very patient and understanding. Even though he may not be the best in his group, the staff ensures that our son is an active participant. Very impressed with the level of intensity and discipline executed in the classes. Amerikick not only teaches Karate but they integrate life skills such as “listening the first time,” “obey your parents,” “eating healthy” and “random acts of kindness.” As parents we appreciate an organization that supports the values we hold and the return on investment far exceeds anything we could have imagined. The Sensei in the class are very enthusiastic and professional. My son likes it very much and enjoys the time learning in it. I have also found several karate classes before, but this class is my son's favorite. I am very happy to find a place that satisfies both my son and me.

Nothing but great things to say! The Senei’s are so charismatic and keep the classes exciting and moving. The structure of the program and curriculum is well thought-out and motivating from breaking the board on the first class, receiving a picture in the mail, receiving coins each class and the different ways to earn stripes on belts. I was apprehensive at first with my 4 year old that has trouble focusing, but he’s doing very well. So far it has helped with discipline, respect, focus and kindness. Highly recommend!
Both my daughters started about month ago and they love the place. They always have smile when it’s day of the karate class.
My daughter recently began attending martial arts classes this past month and she loves it. We love the consistency with the routines in place at Amerikick. We love the mini lessons each class and the quotes on character development. My daughter was having many behavior problems in school and the last two weeks of school, I didn’t get one phone call or email because my daughter is motivated to reach goals and respects the instructors. The connection between home, school, and family is wonderful. We really felt welcomed! Lastly, the instructors move around the class and help children one on one. My daughter has been thriving in only a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Amerikick in Langhorne!

Excellent experience. The senseis are really good with the kids. And clearly they all love the classes. Class duration is adequate and they have the right balance between learn and have fun. I recommend.
My granddaughter Emily really likes going to karate she says everyone is very nice and she likes learning how to punch and kick . It's helping her to stay focus and pay attention also helps with following directions . I can see the changes in her when I am helping her with school work she is focusing more with what we are doing.
Great community of people, lots of energy and focus, treat all the children with respect. They really focus on key components like respect, discipline, and hard work! My son absolutely loves it. He was never good at recreational sports and didn’t enjoy competition. Amerikick gave him an opportunity to focus on himself and still have social interaction with the other classmates. Also the communication has been amazing, as a mom of 4 I tend to lose focus and track of the day sometimes but Amerikick is always sending friendly reminders and checking in to make sure everyone is doing well!

Amazing and fun place to be. They are great with the kids and have others on the side to help if one doesn't understand and they take the time to teach the kids off to the side sometimes as well. My child loves it and excited to go each time!

My daughter loves the Tiger 3 classes. All the Senseis are very patient and helpful to the younger kids.
My oldest daughter been coming here for about two years and she's a green belt now. Her confidence has grown. My middle daughter joined about 4 weeks and she loves it Everyone here is nice, the Senseis are knowledgeable and are great at what they do. Mrs. Candice is also amazing -she keeps the place running. The classes at some point do get a little bit to crowded, they did split up the classes recently which helped. The times for the upper belts are kinda late especially if you have babies/toddlers to get to bed. I hope they add a changing table in the bathroom, since it is a family friendly establishment.
I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the maturity level of the senseis and how well they engage with and encourage the young kids in the class. My son gets so excited to go and has a blast while he’s there. As a parent, it’s so great to see the genuine smile on his face each week.

Amerikick has been great for Liam - he really has struggled focusing and listening ever since recently becoming a big brother and feeling like he receives less attention. We needed something just for him so he can focus his energy in the right way - working with the Sensei’s Liam is really starting to blossom he’s started to focus better and listen more and even becoming a huge helper at home with his big brother! We cannot thank the Sensei’s enough for helping him focus and we are looking forward to continuing something that helps him focus his energy’s in the right way!
The Sensei’s really pay attention to your child and give them direction they need. My son is 4 1/2 and wasn’t interested in joining at first (he was more interested in playing at home with his monster trucks lol) but after attending he has such pride and truly enjoys his time there. I have also noticed more confidence built in my son in just the short time he has attended!
I was very hesitant to sign my son up for karate, especially because amerikick is so well known. I really thought my son would just be another kid in a line. It’s been a short time but americick Langhorne has been amazing. From the first night we went for a trial Candice was amazing, and the amazement continued through to each sensei. Many of the instructors have grown up within this branch and you can tell you they care about what they do. My son, who has had some difficulty in school, has the best days after karate. They take the time to make sure the kids are doing what is expected, but they also make it fun.

Our son has been attending classes for a month now. He loves going to class! The senseis are friendly and know how to engage and interact with little kids. They make class fun, and the kids feel like they are playing. Already, we've seen progress in our son's ability to perform his data. Not only that, but he understands and is working on focusing and discipline. Our son is so happy being apart of the AmeriKick family, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for him!
BIRTHDAY PARTY! Let me first start by saying Amerikick is like a second family to our son. We have been going for a little over a year now and we could not be happier with the classes, environment and especially the Sensei’s! We decided to have his first friend party at Amerikick and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was taken care of for us when we walked in the door! From decorations to party favors.. he even got to cut his cake with a samurai sword!!! (Best part of his day!!) plus the extra added touches like getting to break a real wooden board signed by the staff made it so special for him. Sensei Vincent is phenomenal with the kids, when he speaks they all listen :) it was organized, extremely well put together and most importantly FUN! I can’t thank Ms. Candice and this team enough for making this such a memorable day for our son ❤️

I love AmeriKick. They know what they are doing. The schedules are flexible to accommodate busy parents. And the Sensei's are super nice and respectful. I like the diversity too. Affordable! $$ and your child will learn to defend themselves at a young age. I recommend it.

Words can’t express just how wonderful AmeriKick Langhorne is! My 5 yr old is becoming more focused and disciplined every week. He is making friends and becoming more confident. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your child is adjusting well so they feel right at home. They take the time to know your child and every time we walk in here my son is acknowledged by his name and one of the karate experts sparks up conversation. This is such an amazing place for my homeschooled child or any child who is growing up in this crazy world, lol! We make a goal to attend twice a week and every time we go, there is a short lesson on character building and an excellent workout to go with it. It’s never boring or repetitive. Candace at the front desk is so genuinely nice and helpful. Sensei Andrew is a great role model to look up to and really gets the kid’s attention. Sensei Vincent is great with connecting with the kids and even went out of his way to send my son a personal text message letting him know how good he is doing! I know there are a lot of activities you can spend money on for kids, but this is money well spent in raising a happier and healthier child!
What a great karate school! Instructors are patience, friendly, and professional. The main instructor is able to care for individuals when there is an issue and is able to see one's true talent. The environment is healthy, bright and clean. Over all, my kid is very happy going to the Amerikick karate classes and he admire Sensei Andrew greatly!

AmeriKick has an outstanding team of instructors who care deeply about their students. They all have incredible patience, especially Sensei Andrew with the 3- and 4-year olds. But all instructors do an amazing job! Besides the main instructor for each class, several other instructors wander around to offer extra support and make sure the kids in the back can hear the lesson. They all engage each student both within and outside class, trying to pull them out of their shell or temper their “extra” enthusiasm when warranted. I’m so happy we tried out AmeriKick after our older son attended a party there. We’ve been going there for 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. Both kids are gaining confidence and get to burn off excess energy!

Very great class with good instructors
My kids love going to AmeriKick for karate. My oldest daughter goes to the Jiu-jitsu classes and feels more confident on being able to defend herself in any bad situation. Everyone there is friendly. They are so well organized compared to other places. Would highly recommend anyone to try out AmeriKick!

Used to go there when I was younger had lots of fun, even made to my redbelt er I mean red-black hybrid belt, I used to like all of the senseis too, and thats coming from someone who has had many senseis. They also have great summer programs their fun and a good way to get the next belt faster. Honestly I recomend this to parents who want their kids out of the house or want their kids to be safe out of the house, too bad the subway is gone though.
Xavier was able to burn some energy and was able to focus on the lesson at hand because of the discipline the dojo has giving him. It’s fun and energetic

My husband and I remember almost two years ago when Sensei Andrew welcomed our son into AmeriKick with open arms. At the time, it was our every intention that he earn his black belt at this dojo. However, we recently moved and made the hard decision to transfer to a local Amerikick. Our family would like to share our sincere appreciation to all the senseis and office staff for the love, support, and knowledge that they poured into our son. It is comforting to know that he began to transform into a young ninja with an active and creative mind, a sense of understanding, a need to protect others, and the courage to act and defend himself from this esteemed dojo. We would like to highlight that the lessons suit students with a range of skills and abilities. The membership and birthday packages are responsible. My son and his friends truly enjoyed his 6th birthday party at Amerikick. Moreover, they also care about the community and encourage students to donate and serve those in need. We look forward to the possibility of seeing Amerikick Langhorne at tournaments. Therefore, this is not goodbye,... but until we see them again. Dragon Team!

My son really likes the staff, especially sensei Andrew. Amerikick knows how to keep kids engaged and they do a good job of giving one on one instruction to kids during class so all kids feel included.
My daughter absolutely loves her Martial Arts class. Best decision we made, was choosing Amerikick! The program here is really great for the kids, and the trial classes they offer gives them the chance to see how it works and if it’s a fit for them. We couldn’t be happier. The community of people that are a part of Amerikick are really nice, and the Sensei’s who work with the kids are truly amazing! 10 out of 10!

Lucas was very hesitant when we first signed him up for Amerikick. We told him to try one class and if he liked it he could continue and if not he could find something else. Lucas loved it from that very first class. To watch him go from his first class to now being a green belt has been amazing! It has also built up his self confidence 110% percent. I look forward to watching him continue his Amerikick journey.

The staff at Amerikick Langhorne is great - the way the classes are structured, the extra activities - I couldn’t be happier. They’re friendly & knowledgeable. We began this as a short-term activity while 2k miles away from our home in NM - we’ve been care taking for my Mom through brain cancer. Amerikick has been a wonderful reprieve from that, for us both. My daughter has made great friends & has been growing leaps and bounds in terms of focus, commitment, and skill. What began as short term has turned into long term. Definitely a silver lining to our time here. We will absolutely continue with Amerikick Langhorne for however long we are here.

My sons have been going to Americkick for almost a year now and they love it. When my son Christian, who is 9 and has Down Syndrome, told me he wanted to do karate I told him sure let's give it a try. I called Americkick to sign him and his brother up and also to let them that know that my son has special needs and their response was very nonchalant and very confident and that they have been doing this a long time. I was impressed by this confidence and inclusiveness. They have also backed up these words with actions. They know how to accommodate him but also treat my son like a typical kid. That can be a fine line to walk but they manage it. He also had his birthday party there and the Senseis did a great job of entertaining a large group of third graders. My other son is in the 4 year old group and loves it. I love that they try to teach him about kindness and respect and what it means. Another thing that is really nice there is they usually do something fun for the kids around different holidays. I think this really builds the students morale to have those fun moments together.

I cannot say enough good things about Amerikick Langhorne and their senseis. My two boys (4 and 7) have had such a wonderful experience. We joined during the pandemic and an especially hard time for our family and this was exactly what the kids needed. I have seen marked improvement in their confidence, coordination, stamina, and most importantly, in their spirit. The senseis are inspiring role models and just SO good with the children. It is really remarkable. We are so grateful for this experience!
My son is in the Tiger class. He loves it. Its a great opportunity to get your kid out of their shell and learn some discipline as well. Sensei Justin is great and knows how to communicate with kids. Very cool opportunity.

Our son has been loving his classes at AmeriKick! Every week he tells us how excited he is to go back to karate. The instructors are wonderful and they know how to engage the class with learning karate specifics as well as making sure they’re having fun. Very age appropriate. The owner is always in contact w the parents through emails/texts, which is great. The facility is taking all the correct measures to insure your child’s safety concerning Covid-19. I search and saw a few classes when looking for a dojo for my son. I can safely say if you want your child to learn to punch and defend themselves you can go anywhere. However, if you want your child to learn the truth behind becoming a black belt, this is the place to be. The Sensei's here make sure discipline, integrity, self worth, responsibility and working hard to earn something is first and foremost at this dojo. My son just had his one year anniversary and how he has changed and developed over that time is incredible. He is so much more confident not only in his abilities but also who he is becoming as a person. Someone who was quite and picked on becoming an outspoken leader. The Sensei's worked with us a parents as well as who he was as an individual to help him. I have seen them work with behavior issues, temper issues, sibling issues and do anything they need to help your child grow. But remember it is a partnership, you as the parent need to bring yourself to the table and the child must bring themselves! But in doing so you understand no one is alone!!
Since starting at Amerikick in September my son has learned so much. Not only has he progressed in martial arts but also his manners, completing his school & home tasks & more. He recently moved up in his belt level & completed his 1st tournament. All of the instructors are great & really motivate the students to succeed.
It's been 2 months since Jess has started Karate. She absolutely loves it and she looks forward to it. It's helping her build up her confidence. All of the instructors are caring and amazing. They make it fun. And they work hard on making relationships with the kids. And they make Jess and the others feel good about themselves. We have our son who's almost 8 going here for 2 yrs now, he and we LOVE everything about this place. From the instructors to the staff to the Birthday parties to the special events.. Just everything, and when our youngest (3) is ready, he'll be joining his older brother here too.. We are new to Amerikick, the group seems good, they are knowledgeable and friendly, my children are excited to go, that is the important thing.
My son is loving Karate at AmeriKick. He is outgoing and really enjoys the sessions. The class sizes are very large in the Beginners group, my only hope would be that as he progresses he will get more individual instructional time to work on the finer details of his form with the instructors. We plan to give the summer camp a go this year too, so far all the instructors and owners seem really great to work with. For the price, two sessions a week is a great value.
My daughter did a 4 weeks trial, the instructors were great! The reason I give 3 stars is, there’s way too many kids in the classes, so it’s hard for a 6 year old to focus, and learn anything. We found another place with smaller classes, so she can actually focus, and learn karate. Overall, okay experience.
