My daughter has trained at Torus for the past two years and absolutely loves it. Sensei Eric mixes discipline, kindness and enthusiasm for BJJ and has built a supportive and strong program fo kids. He brings skill and passion for BJJ and he is a natural teacher, redirecting students as needed, and encouraging them to try their best. If you are looking for a fun and strength building experience for your kids, you can’t go wrong with Torus.

Having trained with Eric in the past, I knew this would be a great school for my daughter. I paid for 6 months up front with full confidence my daughter would thrive, and she has done just that. She is eager and excited to go. She has asked me "Do they have morning classes, I want to go to every class I can". She also has her first goal - She told us "I want to be a black belt like Eric". I am truly impressed and would highly recommend this martial art's school to ANYONE.

I just started at Torus a couple months ago, working with Eric H, and have nothing but wonderful things to say. After years of wanting to try BJJ I finally built up the courage to go and it’s been life changing. I highly recommend you check them out - you won’t regret it! Eric is an incredible coach and teacher and I look forward to getting to continue learning under his mentorship.

My 4-year-old daughter recently started training at Torus Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and it’s been the perfect outlet for her busy energy. Sensei Eric is fantastic with the kids—firm but always kind and supportive. He really emphasizes discipline, respect, and learning, creating an environment that helps the kids stay focused while having fun. It's been great to see my daughter thrive (#proudmommy) in a space that encourages her growth both physically and mentally. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a positive, structured activity for their children!

Started training at Torus Brazilian Jiu Jitsu after my daughter joined, and it's been a solid experience. I’m new to martial arts, but the atmosphere here is great—clean, well-managed, welcoming, and no BS. Sensei Eric is super professional, and the focus on discipline and fitness is exactly what I was looking for. It’s the perfect place to build strength, stay fit, and learn something new, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend if you’re serious about training and self-improvement.
