The coach is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. They take the time to break down techniques and ensure everyone is improving, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The sessions are intense but fun, with a great mix of conditioning, pad work, and sparring. The place itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I trained with was supportive and encouraging, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to learn Muay Thai or take their training to the next level! Well worth it! 👌

Since starting, I’ve noticed a big boost in my testosterone and overall well-being. I feel more focused, motivated, and just better in my day-to-day life. It’s also made social interactions so much easier - I feel more confident and relaxed, even when talking to girls. The coach is super supportive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great Muy Thai classes. I've seen Syed (Head Coach) teach since he started here and he does an amazing job of bringing out the best from everyone, regardless of what stage they start at. He is a very experienced coach with over 30+ years of martial arts experience under his belt. The classes are segregated for those like me who would like to train with the same sex, and are currently only for males but soon there will hopefully be female only classes available too. I would really recommend this for anyone looking to boost their self confidence, wanting to learn self defence, or simply wanting to explore their potential and train to become a champion in the ring or cage. The Muy Thai classes are also offered at great value for youngsters and for adults with monthly packages to suit your commitment level, or you can opt for a pay as you go option if you want to test the waters first. The classes have grown from strength to strength in terms of numbers and I'm sure they will soon be too full and will require waiting lists for admission. You'd really be missing out not to attend classes teaching such useful life skills at such good value.

I’m 58 and just started training at TKA - after just a few sessions, I already feel more energised and alive! Syed is an outstanding instructor, and his passion, energy, and expertise make every class a high-energy experience. If you’re worried about being "too old," forget it! Take my advice and come for a free intro session - you’ll be amazed at how much you love it and how quickly you feel the benefits!
