    Great gym and trainers! Best in town for your Muay Thai, Boxing and personal training. Great value for quality training with quality, experienced coaches. And all the members are pretty cool too 😁 So much fun 🥊

    Unbelievable to be back, its open training only at prescent due to current restrictions but if you want to get fit and have an interest in muay Thai, boxing or just fitness get down there... they have a gym down stairs with weights as well.. brian and nick are first class trainers who are very welcoming.... don't be shy

    Brilliant place to train, Nick and Brian are excellent coaches from Thai boxing, boxing or circuits. It's also a very friendly place as well really welcoming
