  Unbelievable to be back, its open training only at prescent due to current restrictions but if you want to get fit and have an interest in muay Thai, boxing or just fitness get down there... they have a gym down stairs with weights as well.. brian and nick are first class trainers who are very welcoming.... don't be shy
