My kids love training here! The coaches are patient, fun, and really know how to teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It’s a safe, friendly place where they’re learning skills, building confidence and having a great time on the mats. Highly recommend!
What more can I say about this place . GREAT team, GREAT atmosphere, GREAT coaches. Absolutely love it here and will stay a part if the family along as I can.
Always great training in the black room. Really amazing and supportive people who invest in their members and their progress. They are always looking to see what they can do better, treating their members like family and hiring well-sought-out instructors to come out from London to teach sessions.
They alter the timetable according to what their members want, which now includes S&C, wrestling and fundamentals classes, as well as traditional gi and nogi classes, open mats and competition sessions. Also daily kids classes as well.
