The wonderful coaches at Third Gate Defense have created a safe space within a world of toxic gym culture. On top of their excellent fitness and self-defense instruction, they lead each experience with respect, inclusion and care. I would recommend this gym to people of all walks of life. You don't have to be a "gym bro" to fit in, and you can expect to meet your personal health goals.

Absolutely LOVE their self defense class! I’ve done a few in the past and they are by far one of the best locations I’ve been to. They truly teach you so much and it’s great for any level of fitness. I felt ready to take on the world afterwards! You will also get a WORKOUT out of it which was an added bonus for me. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! The instructors are patient, informative, and most importantly, want you to succeed. The atmosphere is super friendly-I felt like family from the time I walked in. I left feeling empowered and proud of what I’d accomplished in just my first session. Definitely looking forward to future training classes!
