    Visited this gym and instructors are very knowledgeable. The instructors here are very involved in making sure to help every student with technique and making newcomers/visitors always feel welcome. Definitely recommend this gym if in New Orleans area and plus one of the black belts has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and super technical.
