This gym is unlike any I've ever been to. Not only is the staff welcoming and friendly, the environment created by the coaches is incredibly motivating. Even before becoming a member you are treated as family by staff who genuinely want to see you grow and improve and will be there every step of that process. You can move at your own pace and are held accountable for what you can do. Signing up for classes at Legacy Training Center isn't just beginning your fitness journey, but taking a life-changing step towards your success.

This has been the best gym that I have ever been to and it is an honor working with the coaches to help me be a better person inside and outside the facility. It's excellent for the whole family and it's a ton of fun getting into shape and learning self defense during your free time and since there's still a global pandemic, the staff are taking extra precautions to ensure that anybody and everybody will be checked once they've entered the building, if you wanna learn self defense and get into better shape and be a part of a family, this is the place to be, I would highly recommend.

recently completed a 42 day fitness challenge and signed up for a year membership. I initially had a bad experience with jiu jitsu at a different gym but Apex fitness made up for my negative experience by offering a welcoming place to learn and get into shape. So far really loving the work outs, lessons, and rolling.

This is a great gym! Perfect for beginners. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. They've created a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.
