What an excellent program. Kris and his staff work very hard to give their students the very best instruction, and it shows. We noticed great improvement in our son not only with his martial arts skills but also with his discipline, self-control, and confidence. Kris is also very accessible and communicates well with parents. Prices are very reasonable.

My 5 year old son started lessons here last year and he loves it. He looks forward to going every week and the lessons are a great mixture of fun and challenges. The instructors are so welcoming and very patient with the children. Lessons are a reasonable price and there’s a free taster session so you can get a feel for it. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking about giving martial arts a try.

Kuk sool won of Thetford was amazing for our son! Before he started we had issues with aggression, tons of trouble focusing, was very heavy handed with friends, and was struggling with behavioral issues at school. Through the patience, kindness, and encouragement of all the instructors my son learned self control, a bit of focus and determination, and how important it is to be aware of what is going on around him. The learning environment was amazing for the kids with so much encouragement and just enough discipline when they needed it. I've never seen anyone leave without a smile and pride. Will recommend forever.

My son and I joined last year. Not only have we learnt oodles of skills, we are fitter and healthier. It has helped with our confidence and helped grow us as individuals. It’s an amazing school with dedicated practitioners who really care about their craft. I’m 40 and have been here a year. Take that first step, you will be warmly greeted and really will enjoy it!! We look forward to seeing you!

My daughter joined Kuk Sool Won of Thetford when she was 4,now nearly 6 and she absolutely loved it from day one. She's more confident. Master Kris and the whole team are great,friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend.
