    Staff members are competent and friendly. The facility is well equipped and clean. Teammates are a joy to be around. In 8 months I haven't seen any infection and no serious injury.

    I’ve had a wonderful experience at this gym, I spent two years training here and I loved every moment of it the staff are incredible the coaches the owner everyone is really amazing.

    My kids are 4 and 6 and have been going for a little over a year. They do jujitsu 3 days a week. Not JUST to learn jujitsu, but because they have made a family here. The coaches are knowledgeable about the best ways to teach kids, they create a safe learning dojo, the space is clean, and they instill so much confidence, and important life skills in every class. I also did a 6 week women’s beginners class that taught me so much! The coaches made me feel safe and taught me so much. Honestly, if i could give BlueWave more than 5 stars, i would.

    I can’t recommend Blue Wave highly enough for the quality of teaching and inclusive friendly environment. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to develop their skills at a pace which suits them. Having not trained in martial arts for over 22 years, my concerns as an older member of the club where quickly dispelled, receiving encouragement and support from trainers and other members alike.

    We are so glad we found this place!! I asked on social media for recommendations for a local martial arts class. Blue Wave was the most recommended. Our children went for a taster session in ju jitsu, and they absolutely loved it! From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome, and every session since, we've recieved that same welcome. Both Windy and Claire are amazing with the children as are the other instructors. The lessons are structured but fun! There is a great variety of classes to pick from for children and adults! Windy is very enthusiastic about martial arts and we can see his passion in every lesson he teaches.
